Home

Now, you can have a smaller custom home without sacrificing quality, style and durability. The Cottage Group LLC serves sophisticated buyers who want a high quality home, but do not need or want the extra square footage.

At The Cottage Group, we build smaller footprint homes defined by thoughtful design and attention to detail. Our homes feature quality craftsmanship and materials primarily found in larger homes such as brick, stone and Hardie exteriors, and inside features such as granite countertops and stainless appliances.

Our goal at The Cottage Group is to create smaller open floor plans with a strong focus on outdoor living areas. We do this, in part, by taking cues from what we see as emerging new trends in plan design. Our designs focus on features such as casual dining areas rather than formal rooms, or a spa-like master shower and no tub.

A member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program, our collection of house plans includes our own Cottage Group portfolio along with some of the most popular Southern Living house plans ranging from 2,000 square feet to 3,500 square feet. We offer flexible floor plans to give you a unique home that reflects where you live and the way you live.
